- Comments Off on Hot Off The Press: Study Finds 90% increase in ADHD among Black girls
did you know that singer, model, actress Solange Knowles has ADHD?
according to a recent study she is not alone. it’s a common misconception that only boys have ADHD. but the recent study found a 90% increase in ADHD diagnoses among African American girls.
this was very shocking to me and led me to try to find out why. check out my recent publication about this issue on Thegrio.com. read the article at the link below:

not to rain on everyone’s parade but i really don’t like valentine’s day
it’s soo fake…
i remember when i was in high school i never had a valentine.
i would see everyone walking around with heart shaped balloons, candy and cute teddy bears
and i would have nothing…
so depressing.
years have gone by and i have the love of my life
but still no valentine
why?
because love is so much more than one ‘blown out of proportion’ day
it’s about every day; how you treat one another and how you grow together
i got soo hot about the valentine hype, i wrote my next video blog about it
my three part series on Love & Relationships
Check out the first installment
